Indie rock band Death Cab for Cutie recently performed their cover of Liz Phair’s “Go West” during a recent live session for SiriusXM.

As an added tribute to Phair, they use her name in the lyric “Like Liz Phair tells me on the radio,” replacing Phair’s original reference to Soul Asylum frontman, Dave Pirner.

Death Cab for Cutie recently released their eleventh album, Asphalt Meadows.
